Fruit Smoothie Recipes Without Banana

Most summer smoothies are thickened with banana, but for those who don't like the taste, here are the perfect fruit smoothie recipes WITHOUT banana! Customise them as you go, and cool down with these perfect summer drinks.

Berry smoothie with Yoghurt
- 1 Cup Berries
- 1/2 Cup Natural Yoghurt
- 1 Splash Milk or water
- 1 Tbsp Natural Sweetener (Raw honey, maple syrup)
- 1 Tsp Ground Flax seed/Chia seed
Apple Smoothie Without Yoghurt
- 1 Green apple, cored, peeled and roughly chopped
- 5 Grapes
- 1/2 Avocado, peeled
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Spinach
- 1 Tsp Natural Sweetener
- 1 Tsp Ground Flax seed/ chia seed
- milk or water to thin if needed
Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie With Coconut milk
- 1 Cup Strawberries
- 1/2 Tin Coconut milk
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple
- Handful of Kale
- Pinch Salt
- 1 Tsp Natural sweetener, if necessary
Add the ingredients to the blender, beginning with the liquid part, and blend until smooth... (This will always take longer than you think so keep blending..)
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
